Tap the microphone, speak naturally about your tasks, events, ideas, or grocery needs. Unravl uses OpenAI Whisper to transcribe your voice, then GPT-4o to intelligently categorize everything into structured output. The whole process takes under 10 seconds.
No. Your audio is processed in real-time and immediately discarded. We never store recordings. Only the transcribed and categorized text is saved to your account.
Unravl supports over 50 languages through OpenAI Whisper. You can even mix languages in a single recording — it handles code-switching naturally.
Unravl requires an internet connection for voice processing. However, once your data is captured, you can view your history offline if you've installed the app as a PWA.
Events are scheduled appointments with a specific time (like "Dinner at 7pm Friday"). Reminders are things you need to be notified about (like "Remind me to call the dentist"). Reminders trigger push notifications at the scheduled time.
Pro users can create custom categories like "Workout", "Work Ideas", or "Gift Ideas". When you mention something related to a custom category, Unravl automatically files it there. Available on Pro plans and above.
Yes. Pro tier and above users can export all their data as CSV or JSON at any time from the Privacy Center. Your data belongs to you.
Yes. Every new account gets 7 days of full Pro Plus access — no credit card required. You'll have 60 unravls per day, custom categories, exports, and more. Subscribe before it ends to keep access.
You keep access to your paid features until the end of your billing period. After that, your access will be paused until you resubscribe. Your data is retained and will be restored when you subscribe again.
Whenever you mention groceries in an unravl, they're automatically added to your daily grocery list. Multiple recordings throughout the day merge into one checklist, grouped by store section. Tap the cart icon in the header to view your list, check items off as you shop, and browse past lists by date.
Unravl is made by RetZero, the business behind the software. All official communications — including sign-in links and support emails — come from @retzero.io. If you receive an email from that domain regarding Unravl, it's legitimate.
